We will be moving a subset of our servers in the London location to a new area in the datacenter. All voice services in the location will also be affected by this move.
This move is expected to begin around 10:00am BST (London Time) on Thursday, October 13th. We expect this process to take up to 8 hours to complete, although some services may return sooner as equipment is powered up.
This move will be allowing us to improve our network capabilities, which will offer better performance as we grow.
