As you can see, the forum has been updated a little like. All the RANK/INSIGNIA are in the avatar section under your profile if you wish to use them as your avatar.

How to select your RANK/INSIGNIA

1 Go to profile
2 Select avatar
3 Select Show gallery
4 put a dot in the RANK/INSIGNIA that you wish to use and click on Select avatar at the bottom
