I've noticed that upon a completion of a flight, tracked by the automated pirep system, the hours have an unusual format, as shown below.
This was on a flight between EGKK and UUEE. it took 3 and a quarter hours, which is the amount actually recorded in my pirep.
The minutes error happens almost everytime.
